Communicate with all levels to obtain interest in the nuclear sector and quality profession such as: school leavers, college students and graduates, so to provide support with the legacy skills gap and demographic concerns by using the CQI and nuclear competency framework.

Innovate and trailblaze new ideas and concepts to aid and support NucSIG, the CQI and the Nuclear sector holistically.

Establish working relationships and network with other next generation groups to obtain and provide support for all sector industries at next generation level.

Arrange a series of events run by and involving members of the NNG.

Support NucSIG as required, including the completion of allocated tasks or structured working activities.
